No matter how many spikes or how much fire artist try and put on ponies, its still a goddamned rainbow colored horse and completely laughable.
Same with IDW trying to make them "cool" by adding on the grimdark: Rainbow. colored. Ponies.
And don't get me started on the Guardians of harmony toyline.
Ponies. They're made for teaparties and flowers, and they will never STOP being made for teaparties and flowers. Its at their very core of what they are.
