Overall, season 6 has been a lot better than what I originally expected. Nick Confalone, Mike Vogal, and to some extent Josh Haber and Joanna Lewis and Kristine Songco seem to be decent replacements for the lost veteran writers.

I also would put the Crystalling in the "not better or worse" category. The shattered heart isn't the most amazing problem, but I wouldn't call it bad either, and Starlight and Sunburst's interaction was great in my opinion. I would even say that maybe the low-keyness of the threat was pretty good, but at the same time Haber tried to make it look like a big issue. Altogether I think it's a decent addition to the show though and I don't think the show would be better without it.
Otherwise good list, although I haven't watched Newbie Dash yet.
