K. Mass Motion, loosely based on Snowman from the Smokey and the Bandit series. Or Wash from Firefly, whichever you know better.
His job is to transport large quantities of goods very fast, which is why his talent is the ability to pull pretty much any amount of weight that you can put on four wheels. Not so good with runners, though.
He's generally indifferent to most things, and doesn't keep relationships, since he's always moving. Instead, he relies on his fellow wagon drivers across Equestria (the equivalent of truckers) to wingman for him whenever he's getting frisky.
Don't touch his wagon, though. He's usually a nice guy, but if you touch the wagon, you open yourself up to a world of hurt.
