Legends of Equestria is good, but it's almost never available. I've also heard (don't know if verified) the mods/devs are fags; apparently they modified it so you can't run it offline. I do know they're trying to make it some kind of WoW, when it'd be so much better as Second Life with ponies.

Hasbro doesn't take down MLP porn games, so, why not have porn in an MLP game, make it obvious but have most of it just be regular horse gameplay?
There was a 2013 Mega Man / MLP game called "Mega Pony" that I ended up thoroughly enjoying.
Some really fun levels and bosses, all themed around MLP. The music consists of mashups between MM2 songs and MLP songs, and it works better than it has any right to.

You can even unlock the Mane 6 as playable characters, and the game is a drastically different experience for each.
In general, the game has attention to detail in ways that I didn't expect at all.

Apparently they all share this paranoid delusion that if they open-sourced it, then someone will make a porn modok, that part may not be a delusion, six-year-olds will find the porn servers, soccer moms will complain to hasbro, and hasbro will somehow C&D them (even though the entire design, no canon characters, "Ponydale" "Cantermore" etc. non-canon place names, is specifically built to be immune to C&D).

These are examples of good remixes because they arrange the tune to a new rythem and while you can listen for it within the song, it is not simply the same mlp song with some megaman sprinkles.

Thinking of it, Legacy of the pony is probably the best of all of them.
Theres an RPG maker game that is pretty much FF1 but entirely redone as ponies. Since FF1 was pretty boring (and the world map is gigantic) it's pretty meh. The only interesting part is the bosses and especially the ones in the bonus zone that requires some strategy and turn planning, but otherwise boring and requires lots of farming.
Theres also some fun short game, like Rainbow Wake (a shoot em up), Gravity Sparkle, or a small "build your town" type.
Finally, the best is actually flash games. You have the Pony platforming projects, and then you have EVERY GAME that either http://suomafgamer.deviantart.com/ or http://futzi01.deviantart.com/ made. especially the canterlot siege series.
THis should be enough to occupy you at least a day.

NIA: Path of Light looks pretty good. I've played the demo and the only gripe I have with it is that there is normal walking and sprint speeds are so slow (normal is slow as a turtle and sprint is closer to normal walking speeds in other games). Also the spoken NPC dialogue is in Russian.

Well you basically have a horn that can act as a flashlight, though it drains your magic meter, which you can recharge by absorbing magic from glowing mushrooms that grow everywhere. You also unlock or activate various doors and puzzles by charging certain devices with magic and learn new spells along the way, though the demo only let me unlock two: the aforementioned light spell and I think a flame spell of some kind (I can't remember).

"Ponymon" is a pokemon rom hack with a lot a change, apparently. Never played it, so I don't know how deep they got into changing stuff.
