I have some of Funko's, and I do agree that they are very sub-par to say the least...
The quality control (if even their is one?) is just terrible!
The only good thing, is the wide variety of characters to choose from. (Derpy, Dr, Vinyl, etc...)
But Guardian of Harmony are clearly starting up with some of the very bests!

Yeah Funko...
Some only have the Cutie mark on one side. (Derpy and the Doc at least, maybe more)
Common problems:
- scratches
- dirt embedded in pain
- bits of glue sprouting from everywhere!
- bad alignment of some pieces
- molding lines
Some are good, but some are coming out of the factory as a big mess!
No quality control whatsoever.
I have one that combines all thoses problems...
Don't buy them from online markets, you really have to look at them closely before buying one if you really want a good one.
