For me it was when Starlight implemented her "master stall plan". It was hilarious! That scene got me to pay attention and really love the type of interactions and moments that took place between Spike and her. Before I sort of hated GlamGlim but her talks with Spike showed another side to her for me and I like that Spike could bring it out of her. And so I like this ship. Honestly, I like the idea of the ship mainly because the two seem to have good chemistry together. He's still young and she's trying to find her place in the world so really they go well exploring life and figuring it out.
Not to say do I picture Spike impaling his spears of justice into her pits of evil so quickly. That'll probably happen later when he's older for sure.
