The only things interesting about Parasyte is questioning what happens if humans were no longer the top predator on the planet mixed with paranoia because the not!humans look like humans. Then it gets kinda stupid, then preachy, and then contrived as fuck. Also, it's almost pure bodyhorror so without images it looses potency thus a story would suck.
Bringing them to Equestria won't be interesting either because the ponies are always surrounded by predators and predatory shapeshifters as it is. Literally nothing would be new except these predatory shapeshifters would be gory and violent.
