It's the sheer smallness of it. Whoa Nelly in the latest episode was plainly visible on a postcard and the SoL changeling was right there in front of everyone. But this changeling was placed right at the very end so small you can't even get a clear picture of him at all. Also a bit wary since the GoH toyline seems to be bringing changelings into the spotlight again.

Kinda seems like they might do a plot about the bugs being more desperate for love, after Chryssy got cucked. Changeling revolution when?
