The first step to solving a problem is to realize that there is a problem.
and there is, you are overweight which has been proven over and over again to be bad in more ways than it is good.
So lose weight, you can start by running and managing your diet, if you can't run just take walks. Remember that before every meal you eat you need to ask yourself, am I really hungry? Unless your body is truly hungry don't eat.
People get fat because they eat when they are not hungry, yes there are exceptions such as people who have under active thyroids etc but you are not part of the exception, you just eat a little too many hay burgers.
