I used to play a lot of EBA/OTO on emulator, even OSU, but I grew bored of it. When I tried to go back, I found that all of my reaction time had vanished and I can't for the life of me train back that muscle memory.

i can't tell now.Basically all the Pony maps. The only "good" maps for me are only hard maps for good players and i assume that you are new to the game. Just go in multiplayer lobbies and you will get them maps.

a lot of it is reaction time and getting it on the beat.
once you SS-rank a map normally, try doing it again with hard rock , then bump up to the next difficulty or adding in double-time, night-core, flashlight or hidden.
another thing you could do is try the sudden death mod (break combo and you lose), or if you want the definition of insanity, add in EVERYTHING above and turn on the perfect mod (SS or rage-quit)
