If you take care of your teeth and brush often and use floss properly, you shouldn't ever lose a single tooth, even if you eat sugar and shit.
Sugar debilitates the teeth, but if you keep them free of shit they will be fine still.

I had to sneak out of my room and through the hallway into the bathroom to do so, but yes, I did.
Couldn't stand having my mouth feel all disgusting and what not.
