Assuming you can't do torrenting, yp1.yayponies.no does direct downloads on MLP G4 episodes, and you can just wget them easy. Assuming you can do torrenting, just download them all through Transmission (the best client for OS X).

Since you're running OS X, I highly suggest getting Brew: http://brew.sh
Copy/paste the thing at the top ("ruby -e etc") into your terminal, and follow the steps it gives you. Once it's done, just type "brew doctor; brew install Caskroom/cask/mpv youtube-dl".
From there, just copy/paste the YayPony direct links into terminal with 'mpv' before them, like so:
mpv https://yp.coco-pommel.org/ypvideo/YP-1R-05x01-V2.mkv
For the first episode of S5, and then enjoy from there.
