Oops. I forgot about this. If you're beginning out then it's best to leave your younger out of your mouth. It widens your throat and let's you hit a little under your reflex zone, so if you do gag it won't be intense. You can also try (if you can stand it) taking a shot of olive oil. Another method is to shoot yourself in the throat with a squirt gun, it'll train you to take shot of jazz to the back of the neck but if done enough can outright disable the gag reflex. My grandfather was a sword swallower :). Also I'm a faggot.
