That doesn't matter, super alicorn Twilight had way more magical power than base Twilight.
Base Twilight is more akin to a not having a bullet proof vest on, whereas roided Twilight is more like wearing a suit of Iron man armor in this incredibly dumb gun analogy.
Base Twilight was able to tire out Glimmer, and they both acknowledge they were at a stalemate, so obviously super saiyan Twilight could have gone on for longer/casted more powerful spells to fuck Glimmer's day.

The thing that was "up for debate" was Starlight's intrinsic power, not her ability to use weapons.
Tirek was only evenly matched by the power of 4 alicorns and overcome by the Tree of Harmony (activated by friendship).
On her lonesome, she doesn't have that power buff, and she couldn't tap the table. So I mean I guess if you're arguing that she could lure Tirek to the Tree of Harmony and then somehow figure a way to get it to Rainbow Power her, I guess maybe she could stand a chance?

Tirek was not the only one stealing things from ponies, so if "intrinsic" if the subject, then Beefy Tirek is only strong AFTER stealing all the magic, just as Super Twilight is strong AFTER taking 3 other Alicorns' magic
The real question which one cancels the other, Tirek's Absorption or Starlight's Removal. Starlight has used TWO spells that trump an Alicorn, and no one has seen before. She could probably have a Curse spell or some other broken spell that could ruin Tirek, and Tirek could grow strong enough to just throw Starlight into a mountain and absorb her magic, but Tirek can't sense magic and is huge, Starlight is witty
