Not too hype since what I've seen of it so far looks like Bloodborne with some Dark Souls mixed in. I really hate how much focus they're putting on the dodge mechanic being the end-all skill for survivability. Potentially no poise, so armor would be completely useless and all that's left is rolling around like an idiot trying to get backstabs but since that's usually how PvP worked in previous games anyway might as well appeal to the popular play style rather than have variety!

I disagree; I think it encouraged invaders to play smart if they wanted to win, while the major disadvantage was against people who didn't invest even a little in faith and healing. Bloodborne is great, totally fresh atmosphere and fluid, smooth gameplay. Only real gripe I have is that you can't level from any bonfire (lightpost) and you have to go through two more loading screens than you should have to.

for starters, I will assume you are using some type of drawing tablet or even just drawing in paper with a utensil. If this is the case, then we may continue
Do not grip the pen or pencil with furious intent. You must calm your hand before putting it down on pencil, then keeping that poise you've obtained in your strokes. A calm hand leads to straighter lines. do not have a loose grip, but make sure your fingers are not using excess force on the pen itself. Hold the utensil in your hand right now. Hold it like you normally do in any situation. Do that for about a minute straight, then let go. If your finger tip seems red and a bit concave'd, thenconsult a doctoryou need to loosen your grip a little.
Now, if you have that taken care of, now we can move onto the only other thing I kinda know. A Drawing Technique. For this, use of editing on the computer will be needed to make it seem cleaned up it needed. Now, you may or may not be drawing in a continuous motion, as though you were drawing a line without stopping. If you hand is not steady, then will look... well, you know how that looks. If you have trouble with this, then you can instead use small strokes to draw your lines. with your pen on the paper, draw a line as if you're flicking your wrist. Just a small but swift motion with your hand to draw a line. Now do it again. and again. keep doing it. now look at your paper. The lines may be uneven, but how do the individual lines look? Do they not look straighter than your continuous lines? If not... can't help you there, buddy. If they do look straighter, then this technique is working. Although most likely uneven, you will be able to draw without your liens looking so... *don't know the right word*. You can even do this with circular shapes
Try this and see what happens. hope this helps

I don't see a general sign on this thread. Its not like this is something that's always up 24/7. It comes. It goes. Always has been. Always will be. A General usually sticks for along time and keeps having a thread remade THE DAY it gets archived. We lack some of that. We just come when we feel like it, do stuff when we choose to, and die out when its no longer needed. It was like this during both the hiatus and during the season.

Trust me, I was Seventeen when I arrived back in 2012, and it was near the end of the Mayan Calendar so I decided to shatter rules. Listen, I know of a popular writefag who has made a few popular stories on /mlp/. His first language wasn't English either, but he tried and got somewhere with his second language. He still needs help with English every now and then, and even makes mistakes in his stories when it comes to grammar. He ain't perfect, but he made a story that people enjoyed.
what I'm trying to say is don't just throw in the towel before the fight even started. If you have ideas, look it over, and just write, you may come up with something great. You never really know until you try. Hell, write it in your native language, then translate it in English. That way you know how the story is played out and it will make it easier to put it into English. Try using some techniques to make your life easier with writing.

but seriously, work on those eyes mate. They're small as fuck. Ponies always have relatively big eyes. don't make them huge, but don't make them bloody tiny. Give them some detail too, like how the show gives them something. Try and mimic it to practice.
You're working on the circles, and I can already see improvement. However, I still see problems with straighter lines. they look like your hand is not steady and you move too slowly when making them. Do not be afraid to make several takes when drawing even one line. Make sure it looks right. Try making the lines FAST and then editing out the length of the lines you don't need to use.
Also, when he said make the lines thicker when they're closer... he didn't mean THICK lines. Just a tiny bit, or just make them pop out somehow when closer. The closer they are, the more detail they have depending on the size.

Where the fuck you're when you on the Ash lake, is that a different time-space? a different realm? a different dimension?
What is suppose to mean? Does it have a Lore? How old are those trees? How old is the 'Ash lake'?
Is the other realms of Dark Souls actually above the Sky? Like the trees are holding the rest of the realms, like some sort of Atlas?
What's beyond the view? It's just endless mass of bottomless, dark water and ancient trees?

Off the top of my head I can't think of any all in one's except gavels great shield.
But the black knight shield is great for fire, silver knight shield for lightning, and crest shield for magic. All those shields have 100% physical block and weigh about 5.0

You can be a walking tank, Hell you could be a speedrolling tank if you try hard enough, but what you really need isto have fun. Test out all the armor/gear you have, look at its stats and you'll find out what best fits you. I personally love being a walking no-fucks-given kind of guy, but I also love being a cheeky one-shot dark magic kind of person, like my waifu. It's mostly about finding just the right thing for you, everything is good in its own way and has its own drawbacks and benefits. Something that helps you get through one part may just fuck you over somewhere else. It just varies from person to person on how people play :^)
