Perspective is shit. Let's say both Fluttershy and Rainbow Dash are about 1.7 meters tall (around the average height for womyn, metric because it's easier).
Fluttershy is down on her knees so she would be around 2/3 her height, let's say 1.15 meters. On the pic she is 500 pixels tall. We draw two parallel lines towards rainbow dash and a vanishing point on the horizon
Rainbow Dash' blue line coresponding to Fluttershy's height is around 100 pixels tall, but her total height over the water is 200 pixels. That means that Rainbow Dash's height only over the water is 2.30 meters. Water level is on her waist which is around half her height. According to this, Rainbow Dash and Pinkie Pie's total height would be around 4.6 meters, or over 15 feets.
Also the sun is at the left and doesn't correlate with the shadow from the umbrella
