She was absolutely lovely this episode, working hard for the festival and keeping her antics to the minimum.
Don't misunderstand, I love her antics and they make me laugh more often than not, but it is exactly because of her usual behavior that seeing her humble like that melted my heart.
When AJ left her to peel the apples by herself, that tired "ohhh" sound she made was out of this world lovely.

Do they always forget how her first ever episodes were meme episodes and how she'd always break into song (which I admittedly miss) and shit like the FOREVER gag not to mention how she broke the fourth wall even then?
Season 4 was her only bad season and even then, the episode that were centered on her were amazing.

On her episodes, no matter the season, she has always been pretty good, Maud is also fuckin based so no way that episode was going to be bad
FiD made me fucking cry at the time with the smile song and it was a good demonstration of ponk overbearing behavior, which was shown again on Filly Vanilly in S4 but since it was a flutters episode everyone condemned her 'cause mai waifu
Still to me it feels like Pinkie lost a lot of personality on S4 and contrary to everyone i actually liked her in the FV ep the mostnot counting her own episodes of course

I didn't like her in filly vanilly at all, I know she might sometimes be overbearing on others, but her acts there felt too much like it was really forced-in to kickstart the problem of the storyline instead of actually helping it
also I might have liked it better if her dialogue was written better, yelling at flutters face all the possible wrong words didn't felt like a natural dialogue at all
