I actually started with 10 PER (wish I hadn't now) and thought there was an achievement for getting 11 in a stat. Turns out there isn't, unless there's one for doing that to all 7 stats. Still, that's like, crazy leveling required unless you don't actually pick up perks. I haven't found any of the other SPECIAL bobbles except for the perception one anyhow, though I've found 4 or 5 of the 'skill' ones.

I bet Twilight would be the type to get lost in a mmo to be honest. She'd hear about a new expansion or something and disappear for weeks on end. It get to the point that people think that some villian had run off with her and was holding her hostage.
