If you're that fucking paranoid over this then here's what you do.
Get in touch with the current map collector to and figure out how to get a copy of the up to date map they currently posses.
Then when the thread inevitably dies and you make another one as I imagine you will, have the anon who has the map right now post as OP and then you post your link afterwards.
Make note somewhere in the OP or even as a response to the OP to place location markers for both links provided so that in case one of them goes bye bye, then you still have a backup.
It might not even hurt to get a third or a fourth depending on how paranoid you truly are.
I've no earthly idea how you figured out this guys name and address and blah blah blah, but couldn't think of a way to get a second map going.
