Crusaders getting their marks today in a 9/10 episode would be beyond ideal. 5th year anniversary, Hiro posted twice on /mlp/ and it'd finish an arc that's been spanning 5 years.
That said, I don't think it'd really work trying to get them all their marks in the same episode. Some of it will feel a bit rushed if that's the case, which isnt the payoff I'm looking for

Then the CMC will make their entrance and, surprise surprise, all three will have gone through a off-screen age-up.
Now any future CMC episode will deal with them having to find their way as young adults.
