That's way darker of a line than I'd expect from a bishonen game.
A couple of familiar faces showed up in the first Neptunia game. in Rebirth they get proper portraits that make the parody more overt. Same VAs too.

Minatosoft games have alot of mainstream anime VA in them. The VA's for Char, Kabuto Kouji, Shinn Asuka,Sai Saici, Ali-Al Saachez and probably a whole lot more I'm forgetting are all in this game and parody themselves at one point or another.
