The reviewer should be someone that knows a wide variety of mecha anime, a bunch of anime titles in general, a taste for mecha unironically, familiar with 70s anime, and someone that is entertained by /m/ minutia while giving reasonable criticisms.

Well /m/, the eps Luurah subbed got reviewed. Since this guy has apparently watched other 70s robot anime I'd assume he knows what he's talking about.
