I've no idea what you're on about with Mikumo honestly, she seems fine to me. She's just turning and viewed at an upward angle so her torso isn't as visible as normal. Mirage's eyes are even, one is just more closed than the other for some reason and Freyja's head is fine. Her hair gives the illusion her head is larger than otherwise because it's so wide, but that's true most of the time with her so I've no idea why you're just noticing it now.
