Who is better?
plain and simple they're pretty equal. some do things better than the other but still good in there own right.
but adding all the goodies EW has with GOL I'd give it to EW designs. Like Altron EW, one big gripe of mine was it didn't have the awesome tail beam rifle and wings but with GOL wings/tail gun is part of it so it tops the Okawara version

I think all of them are pretty good.
I think the fuckhuge claws on the shenlong/altron are a MASSIVE improvement however.
Katoki's Version are better for everything except Wing and Wing Zero. Proto-Zero is the best Wing Zero.

I prefer Katoki's designs. However, the main issue is that his later redesigns for the original tv Gundams all basically share the same body pieces with their upgrades, while with Okarawa that only happens with Sandrock and Heavyarms.

While I overall I prefer Katoki's redesigns, I legitimately think the TV Wing and WZero designs are better than the EE/GoL versions.
Katoki by far. GoL fixed the lack of shields and weaponry that the upgrades originally had as well as adding cool shit like Igel for the pre-upgrades.
Though, I think the color schemes for WZC and Heavyarms Kai are pretty weak.
