They keep claiming association but as far as I can tell everything is being actually done by Degica and age, while SP have done nothing.

ATD-X is (probably) the mass-production-developed version of the Phase 3. Yuuya ran off with Unit 1, but Yui got to keep Unit 2, which ties in to the YF-23-esqueness of the ATD-X.

In about a week a lot of newfags will embark upon Yoshimune Kouki's wildride, many of which have no idea what they are about to get into.

Attempting to piece events together from random tweets and event writeups, it started off as a Sayori panel (they'd kicked out the Sekai Project people by that point) where they talked about Nekopara for a while, then Degica gatecrashed the panel and turned it into a Muv-Luv panel where Kouki talked about Sayori's history with Muv-Luv, joked about a KGNE remake with Sayori art, Nekopara Alternative, and how to hold an oppai mousepad properly.
Perhaps someone from Alternative Projects who was actually at AX can elaborate more.
