First seven episodes (Act 1) is decent, but it really goes downhill from there. Really it suffers from a terrible third act that wastes the story and characters on a side-plot.

Not really overall, but it has it's moments. It was something that was fine to watch weekly but I wouldn't want to go out of my way to watch the entire show.
Gattai sequences were pretty righteous, though.

It had some fucking good mecha sequences. However the show itself is bogged down with the technobabble and 500 competing enemy factions.
Honestly, Captain Earth was a 2 season show compressed into 13 episodes. Still it was a fun watch. Might've helped the girls were cute and the real villain is a suave motherfucker.

This show is almost pure shit. The only good things being mecha designs, some character designs, action sequences, music, and this 'Ed' chick, forgot her name sorry but you know who I am talking about, she was the best.
Rest is pure shit, especially ending, like holy fuck what was that bullshit.

Eh. Suffered from some pacing issues, Salty dog should have been removed, and the ending was rushed. Hardly the worst anime ever made. Sure there was a lot of wasted potential, but so was Star Driver, and people hump that show's leg.

The series is crap.
The story is the worst part; it practically went nowhere for most of the series then suddenly jumped into endgame as if the director and writer forgot that they need to have a real boss level opponent and that they need to build up to it. As if they were writing a 50 episode story but forgot they only have 25 episodes to tell it in. Same shit that happened to Comet Lucifer and Star Driver.
Fights up until the final episodes are boring one-sided victories for the protagonists. The struggles are just there to make it seem like they'll lose, but they always somehow pull through in the most bullshit manner.
