Backstreet Space Boys represent!
Dai-Guard's opening is probably the catchiest /m/ theme ever.
I remember binge-watching it over a weekend a few years ago. It was something special for sure.

I-Is this a Dai-Guard d-d-doujin?
>>14394122
>I recognize this doujin
Ah, so that's what this feels like, after years of browsing 4chan.

It's up there, but the song I can't get out of my head is Planet Dance
Not that I want to anyway, I love Planet Dance. It's not even Stockholm syndrome, I swear

don't lewd Ibuki
DAI GUARD!!!

I just finished this series since the DVD re-release.
Loved the fact that the final boss just happens to look like the posterschild for angsty, edgelord mecha. Dai-Guard finishes its run by punching cynicism right in its face.

Please tell me, Galko-chan.

I binged it right around the New Years. I don't entirely share your sentiments but it was definitely a solid show.

It's called "The Devil in Your Subconcious"
Favorite doujin of all time desu even though it's new.

I don't want to use the word "deconstruction" but Dai Guard is special in that it showed you have have genre awareness and more real world logic applied to something without being a cynical ass

i loved that after that they simply return to normal daily work the next day
