You're talking about the OVA, right? Manga dub is pure 90s cheese with a completely nonsensical script and like three different VAs for Daisaku. It's great and I fucking love it. NYAV Post dub is far more accurate but a tad dry compared to the Japanese and especially the Manga dub. Perfectly serviceable though.

Personally I'd recommend sub -> Manga dub -> NYAV Post dub, if you really don't want to do sub then NYAV Post dub first.
On a slightly related note, the Tetsujin 28 dub is pretty good too.
