The Astrays are the Seed universe's redeeming feature.
These here are novels so brush up on your moon runes. But it might be worth a look just for the artwork.

I don't know why astray is held up on such a high pedestal other than being somewhat better than seed and destiny

Early ones wernt too bad especially when compaired to destiny.

But ye they went to shit and now it's just endless lazy gendum designs and wanked out characters.

Fon was bad from the get go and just kept getting worse and worse.

Y'know, when I read the translations of them I thought they were just badly written because they were magazine stories.

Then I read LoGH and realized, no, 90% of Jap sci-fi is badly written. Stuff like All You Need is Kill and Lord of the Sands of Time are the exceptions, not the rule.
