PS3 Gundam Full Boost

Does the PS3 version of Gundam Extreme VS: Full Boost have an active online community? Is there an active English community online? I heard the game has an online pass and that I should pick up the "Best" version for a working online pass and an exclusive Gundam. I know the Arcade version is way past the PS3 version so I'm just wondering if it's worth hooking my PS3 back up to play.

Arcade mode is fun and there are also a bunch of FB Missions. I personally mostly do arcade/ fight against the AI. I mostly do 1v1 split screens with 200% boost but it's replaced Smash 4 when people are over.
