Well a civilian can buy an Act Zaku, an Astray and probably some others. So yea, I feel like Stargazer doesn't belong in the same category since you can't buy one. I'd have thought that Space X would be a private venture, not a military or civilian one. So private might be the best terminology now that you mention it.

Well I meant it more in a musing sense. If you don't want to agree you don't have to. That said, you just used Space X as an example and they'd be listed as a private company using a private rocket, not a civilian one.
