Two theories I can think of:
#1 Stimulation (like I dunno getting the shit beaten out of you or seeing/smelling juicy fresh meat after an particularly ugly car crash) can rouse the dormant cells into activity, which could lead to the Amazon already being past the point of no return when the next injection happens. OR if the armlet has some kind of cell monitoring feature, it has to make extra injections in addition to the regularly scheduled ones and thus deplete its supply faster.
#2 They probably didn't make all 4000+ Amazons on the same day or equip them all with the armlet on the same day. Similarly the refueling schedule (if there was one) probably did not plan for all of them getting their shit refilled at the same time.
Guessing Tachibana will be final boss. They wouldn't make a new driver just for 1 form would they? It'll be the flipped side of Sigma's thing like Alpha and Omega and will probably use the Alpha suit from when Jin first took in the Amazon cells. Screencap this in case i'm right.

The chef even implies that the other Amazons were "catching" people and bringing them in. Sometimes bringing them in DEAD as he calls Nozomi fresh.
Why is everybody's moral compasses being thrown in the garbage as of late? IS the show trying to paint Jin and Haruka as unreasonable (closet) "racists" on opposite sides or something as a premise for drama? I ain't liking it to much. May Sigma knock some sense into these characters.

Also I just realized how the Greek letter naming convention is less corny and uninspired than it sounds here. Greek lettering for things named after warriors from ancient Greece. Granted they were lady warriors.
When the Driver releases, someone needs to hack the belt to see how many sounds are in there. I am sure the face plates have pins or something. We can find out if they will do other Riders. Granted they may have covered their bases by making sounds for every Greek letter of the alphabet, leaving us with no clue about which ones they will actually use.

it's like a natural struggle. he knows what they're doing is bad, but he has empathy. yes killing people and eating them is bad, but you can see that the unawakened Amazons are trying to do it to live normal lives AND limit their human flesh intake. I mean, one guy basically fed 8 of them for a couple days, where awakened, they'd be eating like 2-3 people per sitting, EACH. so you can see why Haruka empathizes with them at least trying to stay in control

Yeah, I think they took a realistic approach to the sound design with the belts. They made it sound like the activation noises were coming from the belts and how well you hear it is based on how far the Rider is from the screen. This unlike the normal routine where they just add the sound files over the recorded video for kids to hear. Though outside bgm/sfx noises sometimes kill it, making the attempt worthless.
I think that's a cool ass effect that they could have easily overlooked. However, I am really sad they decided to do that NOW because the Alpha and Omega sounds along with other Driver noises are the best toy jingles I have heard in a while. I WANT to hear them loud and proud.

I don't think she's like her mother, at least to an extension of her motivations, even though she wants to "protect" Haruka because she thinks he's not capable of taking care of himself (which is understandable to an extent since she hasn't seen him REALLY fight) I think is all sort of a fake concern since most likely she doesn't want to go back to the dull and cold life she had before Haruka showed up.
