I love Huitzil. So much design work in all his animations. Even things as simple as crouching or jumping involve him sprouting extra legs or transforming his lower body into an anti-gravity sphere orbited by attack bits.

BlazBlue has quite a few characters with /m/ elements, but the Murakumo units are probably the most /m/. Honourable mentions to Kokonoe, Iron Tager, Carl Clover & Relius Clover.

The second being this combiner variant of Final Guardian. It's just a hunch, I have no real confirmation on it, but the fact that they considered changing this animation from an immobile turret to a bipedal combination gives me a feeling that this might have been the early stages of plans to make this into a utility super. Night Warriors introduced several utility supers, and going by sketches in the recent artbook they apparently had plans to implement even more (for example Demitri's Demon Blast was seemingly originally planned as one).

Fulgore's noises and most of Killer Instinct in general is buried deeper and clearer in my mind than basically any mecha anime sound. The Newtype flash comes close but no cigar.

Well, that guy's wheelchair is definitely /m/ at any rate. Outfoxies is a pretty neat game too, Try Tower's tournaments for it are always exciting. Too bad it never got a home port.

There are definitely hints that he's not a regular human. His electrocution animation shows no skeleton, and his chip kill animation has him seizing up and freezing in place in a very mechanical way.
