Wing: No. It has some good designs, some fun moments, and some interesting characters, but almost all of the show is characters running around on foot, cutting away to "PEACE PACIFISM PEACE PACIFISM IDEALS PACIFISM PEACE SANC KINGDOM HONOR PACIFISM", then a Gundam effortlessly wiping out drones. Like "standing still and shooting them all" effortless. It's the only Gundam show I've ever seen that outright put me to sleep.
SEED: Pretty good. Not really offensive in any way. It's enjoyable and the plot doesn't stop moving for the middle 30 episodes.

Frying the sky is a silly fun harmless song. Novelty value alone gives it just a little bit of worth. Gundam Wing's openings, both of them, are sickeningly inspid uninspired unmelodic and all around awful J-pop.
