He's a support character, you land the orb of discord on enemy tanks and orb of harmony on your allies and then hit and run to charge your super. The timing of the super is key like all characters. Yes, it turns you invulnerable but don't use it as a panic button. Save it until your team is making a push or right as your enemy does the same. The standard orbs do decent damage in tandem with Discord so shred tanks when you have the chance.

Mei works on any map, both attack and defense. She's great. People who think she's got no offense are bad at landing their icicles.
