Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't a cyber-newtype the result of someone who did not have any chance of becoming a newtype using a higly dangerous surgery along with a bunch of drugs and that is why all of them are incredibly psychotic? And what happened to Banana was that his father trained him to awaken his latent newtype abilities while Ridhe had to use drugs when piloting the Banshee and that is why he was so weird in the final battle but even then he also awakened his actual newtype abilities?

Okay this might be a dumb question, but I'm not as well versed in Late UC and I'm curious.
I don't recall any of the MS in Victory doing the after images with mass thing even though it took place after F91. Were higher end MS in the Victory era also capable of after images, or was the F91 a special snowflake? How does the speed of the V2 compare to the F91?

F91 was a special snowflake because it couldn't effectly handle its own heating so it did what it could to cool off, Victory already had that problem resolved and even the mobile suits were faster

It's not about speed. F-91 has a system called Metal Peel-off Effect which was a cooling system that had the outer layer of the ms peel off in tiny layers to more efficiently shed heat with it. F-91 had a powerful reactor for such a small ms and they needed a way to get rid of all the heat it generates. Later ms are just more efficient with their reactors and cooling systems.

It's not the bio computer directly causing the heat. It's basically the ms hauling ass at maximum performance that causes the overheat. The bio computer is just often a part of achieving that level of performance.
