Why do they keep referring to Mineva as Audrey instead of just her real name when they already know her real name?
Also why does Banagher refuses to call her Mineva and always denies it when Mineva herself tells him to call her that?

Because to Banagher she is Audrey. He doesn't care what her name is, he loves her for who she is, not what she calls herself. Mineva is who Mineva was raised to be and Audrey is who Mineva actually is.

Mineva has two persona: one persona is as a member of Zabi, the other is an ordinary girl called Audrey.
Banagher knew Mineva by the ordinary girl persona, hence why he acknowledged her as Audrey.
