Not, but there were some western releases that went out on uncensored DVDs with surprisingly good quality from what I could see. They only have some episodes (including the faux-Dirty Pair one, Star Trap).
The problem is that the DVDs are rather obscure (and they bear stupid names like Gonad The Barbarian etc). If anybody has some of those and wants to share them for encoding, you can contact #OnDeed.
