For on-screen kills, Uso just barely scored under Amuro in a single series compared to Amuro's 2 series + movie. And that doesn't count Uso firing the giant throbbing cannon at an entire fleet. Uso was also incredibly young and the Victory couldn't tank shots like the RX-78. Granted he ended up with the V2 and A/B upgrades but he didn't have Newtype powers at the same level as Amuro. He deserves a spot near the top.
