Is it okay to like Pacific Rim, but not like the Iron Man films or RoboCop (2014)? I know this sounds like an odd question, but the same designers and artists worked on them so I'm not sure what to think. I've been conditioned to hate "capeshit" in any form I mean I don't read comics and that new RoboCop completely shits on the original. What I mean is Murphy is supposed to die and be brought back in a horrific form and uhh regain his humanity. I mean like uhh when RoboCop is activated he is no longer Murphy really he's an entirely new cybernetic organism that utilized Murphy's brain (and face) but he gets like uhh residual memories. Do you even understand what I'm saying? In the new RoboCop he just wakes up after an explosion there's no loss of his humanity... I mean umm sure there's an I guess body horror element but they just plug him into the power armor and everything's alright THEY EVEN KEEP HIS HAND!

I just... I don't know what to think... Everything's homogenized it's all products the Jews are behind it all... I want to know what is genuine and authentic to escape this plastic culture. I really really really dislike superheroes and always have and I just can't wrap my head around the appeal of the MCU especially in regards to normies. They're supposed to be the ones that hate capeshit! It makes no sense.

Well uhh thanks for listening guys and don't forget to respond...

It's okay to like or not like anything. For any reason. If you don't like it, then that's okay. If you like it, then that's also okay.

You can like the first one.

I enjoyed it for what it is, but PG imaginings of R flicks really feels like such a betrayal. I hope if that Robocop gets a sequel that it would be more to roots in its theme. PacRim is at least its own show.

Three steps, anon.

STEP ONE: Like what you like.

STEP TWO: Get on with life.

STEP THREE: McFucking kill yourself if you fail to do either of the first two steps.

Three steps, anon. It's not that hard. Now gtfo. Your breath stinks.

Because it has no soul.

Compare it to the original RoboCop and to Pacific Rim.
