Personally im a fan of the Apsalus III. Motherfucker blew up a mountain and shit.

I'm totally in love with the Asshimar, the colors, its flying saucer motif, the badass robot form.
It's perfect.

Asshimar is a man's choice.
I think it's strange they used Mobile Armour as a term both for "Big Boss Battle Units" and "transformable Plane Mode Units"

I think it's more units that have considerably more armour, firepower or mobility than regular units, which usually makes them bigger.
Of course, then we get things like the V2, the Full Armor Gundam from Thunderbolt and the FA Unicorn that more often than not probably have more firepower than the standard mobile armour.
I like to think it's like the distinction between battleships, destroyers, cruisers, battlecruisers and the like. They're all ships that do battle but largely classified depending on their weapons, armour and speed
