If all Gouf equipped with command antenna by default, how do they tell grunts and commander unit apart?

Funnily enough the feds mark commanders in 08th. Aside from their units being numbered with the commander as #1, the lead unit gets a grey ribbon on the left shoulder. It's how Aina knew the Ez8 was Shiro's - it was unit 081.
