DC has more mecha elements. More space shit over all. Legion, 4th World, GL and other Light Corps, Adam Strange, Hawkman/Girl, Kryptonian, Based LOBO etc. Apart from space faring shit they have terrestrial mecha heroes like the second Blue Beetle, Steel, Rocket Red and to a lesser extent Cyborg and Batman.
Marvel only has GOTG and Nova corps. Iron is mecha but he is kind of a shit guy and has boring villains and movies so not exactly the most interesting mecha character.

Batman and Cyborg are already Mecha. New Superman is wearing mecha armor so that works. GL can just make a mecha construct. Flash makes alot more sense with armor with the time travel and super speed thing. Wondy and Aquaman seem more like fantasy characters so it wouldn't really fit with them.

He can do whatever the hell he wants if he believes hard enough, but only until he runs out of gas. Megas is the only robot I can think of that fits that description
