First off wrong Dom, Dom Tropen used it as well as a zaku 2 so I doubt it's canon. It was a hybrid of gelgoog type beam rifle/machine gun. Single shot, yellow beam if I remember. It's body was pic related plus components of next pic

The relationship between the MS-09G Dwadge and the MS-10 Pezun Dowadge was never explained if there was one at all to begin with. Nor why the Dwadge got a unique name as opposed to just still being called a Dom. I'm sure Tomino just wanted to a way to use the name or something like that.
