Not only the end was rushed as fuck, as if Nihei got bored of the whole thing. That scene was literally middle finger to his readers.
Izana spent entire manga fighting for the attention of the densest dude in the galaxy chasing after his dead waifu, but having her to end up with the genderbender of her love rival so they can beč silver medals together, was over the line.
