It's a fanfiction side-story about yet-another-OYW-RX-78-that-was-never-mentioned-before.
It doesn't try very hard to fit into canon, don't think too hard about it.
The original manga isn't even supposed to be in UC proper.

Not even a truly fancy Zaku; it was a jerry-rigged Hi-Mobility Zaku with a silly weapon backpack and cripple-control system (which doesn't really make sense why they need to amputate first before they get to wiring nerves to the control system).
By the time of the Dom (not even the Rick Dom), those Zakus were already severely outdated.

>super prototype Zaku
It's still a Zaku. That's pretty impressive.
The high-mobility Zaku was already too slow and underpowered by the time the Dom came about and was never put into full production beyond about 70-ish units across its three design stages (including one "hot rod"-esque pet project one at Pezun that Zeon's best researchers just played around with to pimp out).
It's actually even worse than the (admittedly damn powerful) Zaku II Kai.
We can see that it doesn't even have the ability to support beam weaponry, instead relying on an assload of conventional solid-projectile weaponry (and not even the new-version MMP-80; it relies on the older 120mm model for its machine guns).
All in all, Psycho Zaku is probably more closely related in power and performance to, say, the Act Zaku than comparatively even the humble mass-production Gelgoog (the first MS to fully support the generation of its own beam weapon energy, rather than relying on E-caps, and only slightly superceding the Gyan).

I think that cockpit finally solves the weird scaling issue that a lot of cockpits have had in Gundam (since originally the MS are way oversized for what they should be, or are even more easily-drawn as).
There's finally fucking space in that damn thing beyond porta-potty size. Before we got the 360 panoramic cockpit, it was like MS piloting took place in a tiny portable toilet which someone shoved a full gaming setup and controllers in, complete with triple monitors.

Yeah, and look at how that turned out, the 'tested', 'battle-hardened' Iraqis barely lasted half a year.

But I digress, knowing how to move your mobile suit means jack shit if your first fight pits you against an ace who dives right into your formation and starts killing you before you can even process what's happening.

Frankly in the original series most MS seemed rather roomy. Your average Zaku usually had a quite spacious cockpit, and MS like the Gogg, Z'Gok, etc. didn't seem to change this. Project V cockpits seemed smaller but still seemed to have a decent level of room to them.

0080 went in the opposite directions with really small cockpits.

Agreed. Some of the scenes, especially in Char's suits, made it look like the pilot was sitting inside a somewhat spacious room.

Pic related is from the inside of a Z'Gok, and there are better examples too.

Middle Eastern armies are shit. They have barely any sort of effective NCO structure, officers tend to be chosen by birth rather than talent, and the officers also see themselves as princes and warlords who cannot be wrong, ever. In fact, when westerners send "advisors" to train their officers, standard operating procedure is to only ask the nobly-born ones questions they already know the answers to so they don't think you're trying to humiliate them and hold a grudge for life. Their military culture is an antique, no matter how "tested" it is.

Of course the fucking Yanks steamrolled them, America actually knows how to fight wars that don't involve swords and arrows and our equivalent to their nobles at least have the decency to fake an injury and stay home rather than get everyone under their command killed because "hurr durr Allah won't let a sheikh's son lose."

Use the bitrate calculator.
Use Auto Arithmetic Dithering.

Use as close to 3 MB as possible, especially if your webm is gonna be larger.

The AI is only there to keep the craft stable since even real life modern jets are inherently unstable to increase their performance and use computers to keep the airframe stable despite that instability. The pilot still directs it, makes decisions on who to target, when etc. Mirage turned off the pilot aids so that it pretty much immediately became unstable and threatened to crash because Hayate was too new to be able to compensate long enough to ride out Mirage's lesson.
