The only instance I can think of where a main villain had a suit that was reused was when Megazord Zeta's suit was modified into the final form of Escape when she was glitching out to the point of doing her catchphrase about her guns without actually having anything in her hands. And that was intentional because Zeta was Escape's creation in the first place.

Depends on the resolution. I usually target 360-480p for files with resolutions over 720p and give them around a 1000-2000 bitrate. For 720p videos and under it's usually around 360p being the target resolution(Exceptions are made for some older shows since they still look great even with a lower bitrate so you can just leave them as is for resolution usually) and target 1600 as my max bitrate.
There's a lot of fiddling you should do if you're going to bother, usually you don't need certain frames, you can cut out scenes that seem like it doesn't keep the flow, and that means you can also have a better bitrate in the end. Bitrate > resolution up until a certain point, that's how I usually go with it.
why are all of Tusk's focus eps lame? Amu etc. all have good focus eps, but his suck. And in the one shared by him and Amu, it's his side of the plot that sucks ass.
