You need xdelta3, which is usually distributed with the patch. It wasn't with the Amazons 2 v2(?) patch though so grab it from the latest ghost patch if that's what you're doing. Just put that, the patch, the raw/v1/whatever, and the run me in the same folder and double click the run me. It'll do the rest.

Man, it has only been two episodes and already I feel for the extermination squad.
Their acting is top notch and is a collective power house. Their relationship feels authentic and their concerns feel real. For just less than 80 minutes that is REALLY good by Kamen Rider standards. This could have been easily fucked up and brought down the entire show. However, I can't really think of a show where I was this invested into the characters this early.
To add to that, the director really brings out their performances by knowing what or who to focus the camera on.

For me it is the opposite. Jin and Haruka feel like generic archetypes. Jin even moreso because at least with Haruka we got a little insight into his head about the aquarium. Great set up and pay off for that by the way.
Jin is cool, but for now in a very shallow way. It is nice to see him fight, but his backstory and true motivations need to be revealed to see if his character is really good.

To be fair, many people thought that Decade Complete would have looked better if he just had logos rather than cards with the Riders' faces on his armor. Throwing the Rider face plates on his armor would just make it look worse. The issue with Heisei form is that the red and white colors that they used look too plastic. If they had go with metalic red and silver it'd look much better.

I don't think anyone started pretending Wizard wasn't shit until the show was over. Almost everyone I know who watches Rider just skipped the franchise that year. Personally, I used that time to catch up with the rest of the Heisei shows.

The general didn't exist during Kiva, or for the start of Wizard. The Kamen Rider ones started months after the Sentai ones. I started toku because of Akibayeah I am a faggot, I've re-watched it now that I have 15+ series under my beltand only came to /m/ during the second season. Akiba April 2013, around the middle of Wizard.
Also, I've been in this fandom for 3 years now... pretty pathetic.

Actually play with the idea of a character who couldn't die a lot more than we already have. His fight scenes could deal more with how much pain he can with stand rather than blocking and trying to fend for his life.
Actually have him use Ghost powers to fight. Have enemies punch right through him and then he takes them out or put into place a possession gimmick in which he can takeover others to fight (this could've been good for Necrom and Takeru not actually wanting to hurt the people he has posessed)
Skip the finding the icon bullshit and have him jump straight into meeting the Heroes and being trained by them per episode. Give back the two episode formula so the show doesn't feel rushed with every moral like it already does.
Have the main villains be more about the dead from the underworld being revived, sorta like Ghostbusters type Ghosts. We could also have a thing where they need to learn about the ghost and take them down using a weakness from where they were alive and bound them to a certain item as the enemy ghosts would not be able to die either.
