Well there's a lot of things wrong with this card. First is the mana symbol, just no. The second it that is the wrong templating for dividing damage (see Avacyn's Judgement). Third is that your wording refers to the name of a player, which isn't a supported interaction. Fourth the frame is wrong. Lastly cards cannot interact with card names that are not full names (see Bogbrew Witch for how cardname interactions are actually made and the tron lands for another way the idea has been implemented)
Also considering that you probably haven't factored in how copying X cost spells with new targets this card is a mess overall.
