That's only because it was the favorite MS of a central character each time it was used.
It was a limited production MS, ostensibly only usable by real aces with talent because it was so stupidly fast that it routinely broke bones for whatever reason of whoever was piloting it.

Ehhhh. Not enough detail for my liking. It suffered the same fate as the Thrones in my opinion. In action and even standing still it just looked like a black blob in the rough shape of a MS. It's also pretty fucking weeb which just feels out of place in 00.

While the basic structure is mostly the same, they are pretty different Mobile Suits. The only parts that are exactly the same are the torso's midsection, the crotch and the limb frame. Everything else is different between the two designs.
